How does virtual training work?

This workshop allows you to connect to a practice copy of the RFMS Management system using your own desktop or laptop computer at your remote location (at your store or elsewhere).  You will also login to a Microsoft Teams meeting where you will be able to see and hear the instructor and any other students who share their camera.  This is where you can communicate and ask questions or chat using the online chat box.

The instructors can also virtually monitor your practice screen and can take control of your screen if you need help.

What else is included?

Each attendee receives any electronic documentation/presentations available for the class, a complete recording of the class session and access to the virtual practice lab for two weeks following the live training. This is perfect for additional practice in RFMS.
